The screen changer filter has high processing accuracy and strict requirements. In installation and application, it must be operated in strict accordance with the operating rules. Otherwise, the filter will not work properly or destroy. It is limited to space. Here, we only discuss the problems that are easy to ignore in installation and application.

1. Each shift should be operated by a special person (part-time). The continuity of the work can detect the abnormality of the filter in the early stage.

2. When the filter is disassembled and installed, it is necessary to clean up the oil contamination and impurities on each mating surface so as to avoid affecting the mating accuracy.

3. The size of the main body of the screen changer filter is large and the heating time is long. It can be heated before the main body in use and kept warm for about 1 hour to ensure that all the raw materials in the main body are melted to prevent the damage of the punch.

4. In the process of changing the screen, if the screen changer filter block suddenly moves difficultly or does not move, the oil pressure should not be increased and forced to move. The external structures such as hydraulic system and filter block should be checked first. When the internal cause of the main body is confirmed, the sliding surface is usually damaged or hard debris is stuck on the sliding surface at the runner mouth, then the filter can be made. If the block can not be moved, the removable machine can clean up the debris or trauma in the slideway. On the contrary, if the filter block is moved forcibly, the slideway will be damaged more seriously, even damaged.
