1. Install the cylinder upward. The advantages of installing the screen changer in this way are: convenient lifting, overall aesthetics, and small space occupation; The disadvantages are as follows: because the oil cylinder is above it, the sealing ring in the screen changer oil cylinder will have a short service life, easy to leak oil, frequent replacement of the sealing ring, and long oil pipe.
2. The oil cylinder is installed horizontally. According to the space and convenient operation, the oil cylinder can be installed horizontally to the left or right, which is a common and convenient way to change the mesh; Deficiencies: Some sites are not convenient to access the left or right side, resulting in inconvenience in changing the network on the other side.
3. Install the cylinder downward. The oil cylinder of the screen changer is installed downward, occupying small space, and will not interfere with other devices, making it convenient to change the screen. Deficiencies: Using this installation method may interfere with the underside of the device, and after installation, the screen changer cannot be seen.
4. Cylinder tilt installation. Due to interference during installation of individual equipment, this installation method does not provide a beautiful appearance after installation. When multiple machines share a hydraulic station, different installation methods can be adopted according to the layout of the production line on site. Basically, it is recommended to install the mesh belt type automatic extrusion screen changer horizontally. Double heads can be installed simultaneously using one left and one right.
