After the channel nitriding treatment, it is mirror polished, with a surface roughness Ra ≤ 3.0, and has high smoothness and wear resistance; By strictly controlling the gap between the main body and plunger, excellent sealing and durability can be achieved through rigid material surface sealing.
Single column plug dual station screen changer, dual filtering channels working alternately, quick screen change, easy production and maintenance. It has two filtering stations on a column, one working and one standby. When the filter screen needs to be replaced, the hydraulic device is activated to quickly switch stations.
