How to install the screen changer for pelletizer, specific installation steps?

1、 Check the parts

After confirming that the packing box is intact, open the package. Take out the random information package and check the parts one by one according to the details on the packing list. If there is any doubt, please contact Zhengzhou Batte after-sales service department in time.

2、 Check the installation size

①, check whether the inlet and outlet sub-mouths of the pelletizer screen changer and the locating ring have the correct fitting dimensions with the extruder connection, and whether the contact surfaces of the stops are flat.

②, check whether the size and center distance of the import and export connection holes of the screen changer are correctly matched with the dimensions of the flange at the extruder connection.

③, check whether there is a position that affects the operation of the pelletizer screen changer after the installation of the screen changer or the screen changer affects the position of other operations.

3、Confirm the installation direction of the granulator screen changer In the absence of special instructions, there is a pressure detection hole on the side of the granulator screen changer for the direction of the inlet (you can also judge according to the direction of the nozzle of the hydraulic cylinder, the direction of the cylinder nozzle that is, the direction of the inlet screen changer), special circumstances, we will be in the side of the granulator screen changer to indicate the direction of the flow of material. It is generally recommended that the hydraulic cylinder is installed vertically upwards.

4、Preparation for installation

Clean and wipe the extruder, die head, screen changer connection parts and screen changer body. Focus on the sealing surface of each connection, runner, sub-mouth, and positioning ring to ensure clean.

5、Lifting

Put the positioning ring into the inlet stop of the screen changer or the outlet of the extruder (if there is a positioning ring).

Adopt lifting equipments and ropes which are more than 1.5 times of the weight of the main body of the screen changer of the pelletizer to lift it.

Move the main body of the screen changer to the right position of the extruder outlet under the lifting condition.

Adjust the connecting flange of the extruder outlet so that it is more than 3mm away from the end face of the pelletizer screen changer body, and the mounting holes are aligned with the threaded holes of the screen changer body.

⑤. Slightly lock the coupling bolts manually.

(6) Tighten each coupling bolt by diagonal uniform locking with the force distance plate hand. The final force of each bolt is about 100kg.

(7) Installation at the outlet of the screen changer is the same as above.

Note: The above is the first installation of the pelletizer screen changer inlet after connecting the pelletizer screen changer outlet, you can also connect the pelletizer screen changer outlet after connecting the pelletizer screen changer inlet. The specific installation method depends on different situations.

6、Stabilization

After all the parts are connected, the screen changer can be fixed, LHBS type double-plate screen changer adopts the way of bottom support to stabilize.

7、Wiring

Connect the electric control to solve the heating wire, thermocouple, sensor and other components between the screen changer. And ensure that there is no leakage, short circuit, disconnection.
