Several ways to install a hydraulic screen changer
The installation direction of the screen changer can generally be divided into the following methods based on the on-site conditions and operating preferences of the extruder:
1. The upward installation of the oil cylinder is particularly convenient during the lifting process, and the overall visual effect is also more aesthetically pleasing, occupying relatively less space. This is undoubtedly a significant advantage for work environments with limited space. However, this installation method also has certain shortcomings. Due to the position of the oil cylinder above, the sealing ring inside the cylinder will experience greater pressure and friction, resulting in a relatively shorter service life and a higher risk of oil leakage. Therefore, the replacement frequency of the sealing ring will be relatively high, which undoubtedly increases the cost and difficulty of maintenance. In addition, due to the long oil pipe, it also increases pipeline resistance, which may affect the stability of oil pressure and work efficiency.
2. The horizontal installation method of the oil cylinder can be selected to the left or right according to the specific working space and operational requirements. This method is quite common in practical applications and the network switching operation is relatively convenient. However, in some specific on-site environments, due to space limitations or inconvenient operation, there may be situations where it is not convenient to enter the left or right side, making it difficult to switch nets on the other side.
3. The downward installation of the oil cylinder has advantages in terms of occupying space, which can better avoid interference with other devices and also facilitate network replacement operations. However, in some special cases, there may be other interferences underneath the device, so the selection needs to be based on the actual situation. In addition, due to the downward installation of the oil cylinder, the screen changer may be obstructed, which may cause some inconvenience in observation and operation.
4. The inclined installation method of the oil cylinder is mainly suitable for some special situations, such as interference during equipment installation or flange inability to rotate. Although this installation method may not be aesthetically pleasing, it does not affect its practical application effect. In certain circumstances, this installation method may be an effective solution.
