Installation and use plan of screen changer for multi-layer plastic machine

The engineer designed a simple and convenient scheme for the users of the multi-layer plastic machine matching screen changer.

For multi-layer film blower or multi-stage screen changer extruder, engineers recommend that a set of hydraulic stations be used to control multi-group valves. Hydraulic mesh changer needs hydraulic pump station to drive mesh plate to work. Hydraulic mesh plate is operated by solenoid valve back and forth. Hydraulic pumping station is controlled by electric box. The electric box can control a group of solenoid valves, and can also control multiple groups of solenoid valves. There are as many solenoid valves as there are network changers. So for multi-layer extruders, just add solenoid valve on the hydraulic pump station. Connect all the net changers on the same plastic unit to the same hydraulic pump station, so that only one control box is needed, and only one worker is needed to operate and control. In this way, a hydraulic pump station will be fully utilized. It not only improves the production efficiency, but also saves the production cost and labor input.
